We arrived at our assigned room and the door was not closed so was a jar. When we opened the door the bed was unmade as if someone had been in the bed ahead of us. Not what we were looking forward to at the wee hours of the morning. We did get another room but that really tainted experience.

Excellent front desk staff member at check-in. Room was clean, but towels were threadbare.Odd bed frame with thin metal sides from mattress to floor that rattled every time you kicked it or sat on the side of the bed. Mattress appeared new, but was a bit hard ... could have used a padded mattress cover.

The check-in person was very helpful. We left early before the lobby was open for breakfast, but there was a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. The room was clean with huge bathroom and shower.
