This is a self-contained cottage. We dont live on property, there is only 1 suite - yours!

LOCATION:
The cottage is in the heart of Gillies Bay where the island's best waterfront and facilities are.
Short walk or drive to General Store and Farmer's Market on Sundays and Shelter Point. Also, short distance to community hall, library, as well as a short distance to clinic and tennis courts, hiking trails, 9 hole golf, boat access, airport and a 20 min drive to the ferry terminal.. Experience island life and the beach cottage lifestyle!

LAYOUT
RARE, drive up to your cabin, 3 steps up to deck and cabin. Easy loading/unloading!

Main floor: Living and Dining area, kitchen, bathroom with 1 extra-comfy King sized bed and 1 Queen sized bed on main floor. If your group is bigger, our ladder leads you up to a low ceiling 5' loft (at its peak) which has 2 Twin beds best suited for ages 7 and up. 800sqft total. King sized bed is two XL twin beds combined using King sized sheets, exact same size as a King.

WATERFRONT- Back of property leads to beach below through path and steps to Beach below, please be careful particularly young kids or elderly, may not be suitable for mobility challenged. Or just stay on the deck! Perfect for summer sunsets and winter storm watching. Steps to the quiet beach below. When you catch low tide during the day, miles and miles of sandy beachfront!!

Wildlife abounds on the island: try spotting seals, dolphins, whales, blue heron, eagles, kingfisher, blue jays, black tail deer
