Seagulls Restaurant serves up good food. The Irish Lamb Stew special was excellent. The indoor pool was warm and bright with a nice hot tub. It could use some fake palm trees and other plants to create a more warm atmosphere.

This place was great. We booked for a childs birthday wrekend for swimming and loved the pool and hot tub! Room was nice and clean. We will book again.

Lakeview is starting to show it's age. There were many basic maintenance issues that were evident in our room. The tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and loose, wallpaper peeling, and the light worked only intermittently. The deadbolt on our door did not work and the beds are a bit sacked out.

Winter Weekend getaway

We booked the Lakeview for a weekend getaway. Hotel was good, great location. Our room had a small fridge, but no microwave, which would have been nice. Hotel is getting old and worn, but overall is well kept.

This is an older hotel but it is kept in very good care, both in terms of cleanliness and management. The staff is fantastic. There are not a lot of outlets in the room so you might have unplug some lamps, likely. Not a big deal. We stay here after a long day of ice fishing on the lake. The perfect location, right off the lake and overlooking it, and close to some cute local shops and restaurants.
