Great option for dog lovers

Fantastic friendly staff who are always super helpful with any requests. Decent sized room with a great fridge and also cooking facilities. Highly recommend. Very dog friendly too.

Everything was great and the staff were really friendly, the room was clean. What could’ve been improved is having a comfy chair/sofa to chill out in the room and also the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and your staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the false fire alarm during the night, which was a bit unsettling. Hopefully, the issue with the alarm system can be resolved soon. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again.

Property did the job required. Lack of oven (or air-fryer or access to selfsame) stopped this from being a stright 10 / 10. Had fire alarm at 0530 on checkout day and all involved did their job fantastically.

Decent but room for improvement

Rooms were broadly speaking clean but a bit tired. Mould around extractor fan in bathroom and there was maintenance taking place outside our rooms during stay that left a very strong smell and we had to walk over plastic film and dodge tool boxes with our luggage. This was not communicated to us by hotel staff at any point. We also sent an email in advance a few days requesting a room on a higher floor but didn’t get a response.
