We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were made very welcome by a very friendly Tom. Had a very homely feeling to our stay. Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Had a good nights sleep both nights. Very nice bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was amazing and Christine May sure we were happy with lots of variety eg full English breakfast and a good variety of other things. Very friendly people and would definitely recommend.

Charming and upmarket new eastend.

Made very welcome by host Tom and given information needed for our stay. Breakfast was well served and very good value with a good choice. Although we arrived by bus, very easy and within a 10 min walk, there was plenty of local parking. The house was a curiosity with wonders on walls and in public areas. Great. Could do with a tidy up but this added to the chaotic charm. We would definitely return to stay again. Plenty of local cafes, restaurants and shop nearby.

Very comfortable and clean room, lovely breakfast. It’s not a hotel, it’s a house that gives services like a hotel (and possibly more). It might be a better solution for some and a matter for others. Overall it was great!

Very friendly owners. Could not do enough to make me feel at home. Room was nice and had a comfy bed. I had failed to read my email, requesting arrival time, but I was mad a cup of tea and room was ready within 15 minutes. Only negative was that the TV was very small.
