Would go back

Room was lovely and spacious with large wet room, sofa bed and chair. Not enough tea/coffee supplies in my opinion. No socket near a mirror. Also the doors are heavy to open, including the bathroom. We were in an accessible room, which we didnt ask for, however it was fine. But the alarm pull cords were a nuisance. We didnt have breakfast as it was expensive.

Didn't take breakfast or use the bar. Only issue was bedroom was too hot and aircon unit too noisy to sleep with. Opened window to resolve but traffic noise caused disturbed sleep.

Overall handy for SEC etc however breakfast was lukewarm at best, plates were cold, no choice of eggs. Check-in, room, bar service after gig no complaints but must do better at breakfast.

Everything was great. Staff exceptionally helpful. Bedroom spacious snd very comfortable beds. Loved the empty fridge to store water etc. Restaurant served lovely food. Only problem was dropping passenger off near the front entrance. Had to pull into car park to drop passenger off. Otherwise, highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful!

Our room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there was a variety of tasty food at breakfast. Everything was updated and looked great. Would certainly stay here again!

Room was lovely, clean and spacious, nice decor and new feeling. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was brilliant, buffet style with lots of hot options as well as fruit and pastries. Staff were helpful and friendly. When I stayed they were having renovations, but the only time this effected my stay was when using the open business space for work mid afternoon and the sound of the drilling made this impossible in that area, however this wasn't heard from the bedroom. Would definitely come and stay here again. Thank you

The hotel was lovely, staff friendly too. Accommodation was for 3 people, but towels/mugs/glasses supplied were for only 2 people. Sofa bed had not been dusted down, the carpet had stain marks nearby the chair and foot stool. This did not reflect from the fact that the overall stay was good.

Very handy for going to an event at the OVO. Very friendly and professional staff (apart from one bartender). Good to have parking next to hotel at a reasonable rate. Great choice for breakfast
