Hot tub was dirty and broken round the edges, could do with some maintenance, the room vent was really dirty, bathroom sink dirty, and bathroom could have done with a bit of work, air conditioning had water dripping from it which required putting a towel down, lifts in hotel werent working and were under maintance overall really disappointed

The hotel is our favourite for trips to Glasgow, the parking is easy and only a few minutes into town by train. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel is well overdue a refurb now, the rooms are tired and the lifts hopeless.
