Room was great, ideal for our weekend. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception staff helpful and friendly, breakfast staff, from waiting staff to cooks were great. Good breakfast each morning. Bar area nice for a glass of wine, again staff friendly and helpful. Use of pool and sauna a lovely bonus and even managed a wee hour in the pool before check out. Overall great stay

The staff were lovely and the room was immaculate. The spa area was a bit grubby, particularly the sauna and steam room. The ladies changing room was very smelly and mucky every time we went in. This was the o my Disappointing part of the hotel stay.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This hotel was recently renovated with a brand new pool and spa. All the rooms were updated and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We wished there was a mini fridge/microwave set up but it wasn’t necessary for our stay in Glasgow anyways. The radiator heat is something to get used to, but once you have it set, it’s great. Staff was incredible, check out was seamless and their restaurant/ bar had a great menu! Thanks for the memories, Argyle!
