The room was too hot. The air con didn’t work properly. Even the staff couldn’t sort it. We had the window open, but due to the lack of opening, it was still too hot, no fans available. Couldn’t connect a device to the tv, staff couldn’t either. Breakfast was subpar. Not anything to rave about.

The check in was easy, discount for parking great, room size brilliant, storage brilliant. Massive let down was the room temperature. Despite having air conditioning and it basically telling you if your hot open the windows the room was melting hot! Called reception to ask if it could be cooler and was told not to worry they will go and look at it… melting hot all night no sleep. Really would wonder what it like in the summer as we got zero sleep 💤.
