Expedia took full payment in Sep25. I arrived at hotel. Hotel had no record of the booking and stated it does not deal with Expedia as it scams people. Hotel offered no assistance. Hung up. Expedia is not contactable.
I was denied entry as the booking was apparently not shared with the proprietor. Validation code was not recognised. No help was available and I spent a very cold night âsleepingâ in the car. Absolutely disgraceful.
Well, I wish I could leave zero stars. We never gained access to the property. No one answered and we never received the access code. Had to find another hotel last minute and still no communication from hotel or Hotels.com.
We booked this months ago to attend a concert, I tried contacting the hotel in the days leading up to us arriving but no response. Will be requesting a full refund.
