Room was quite small but adequate. I had an inward looking room which I didn’t care for but everything was spotless. A couple of biscuits with tea would have been nice. Overall a very good comfy stay. Best sleep I’ve had in ages.

The staff was outstanding, kind, courteous knowledgeable, very helpful. Went out of their way to help me out several times. Great recommendations for shopping and places to go and places to eat. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and it was because of the staff having laundry, there was a huge plus. Since the place, I am traveling to does not have laundry for a week. I look forward to my next stay there.

We had an amazing stay at The Wellington! It’s a newer hotel so you can expect all the amenities to be clean and new. The bathroom floors were heated which was a fun surprise! Will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great shower. Only downside was the room wasn’t very dark at night. There was a light outside the window, which faced a quad in the middle of the hotel. There was a microwave, kettle, fridge and coffee machine in the room, which we didn’t need but was great to have. Would 100% stay again.

Hotel and room were excellent but there was only one member of staff when I checked in and had to wait over 10 mins to check in because of a queue. The person on reception was very efficient and apologetic though. Also, I stayed 2 nights but my room wasn’t ‘refreshed’ at all during my stay, my coffee cup from day 1 wasn’t cleaned or taken away. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Good location, fairly central. Room ok, kitchenette area a lot smaller than impression from photos. Shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold so not usable - reported to reception but was not fixed and no communication regarding it either.

The Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern, spotless and comfortable. I liked the storage for clothes and the small kitchen facilities in the room. There is a microwaves, plates cups and coffee machine. The location was also ideal, so central for visiting Glasgow.
