I booked a king room, but the room is separated from the next room by what must me a thin door, the noise of the guy next door snoring was as if he was in the bed beside me. I got changed to a smaller room, but was still charged for a king room. After I settled my bill and left, I then found I had been charged for another night. Not great atoll

On arrival at 8pm we went straight to the bar for food and while eating saw a mouse running across the floor and then up a seat and across the back of it. Told a member of staff in the restaurant who didn’t seem overly surprised but also didn’t indicate that it was an issue inside a restaurant. Also told the receptionist on the way past and received a similar response strangely. Didn’t ask for my room number or offer an apology but maybe didn’t know what to do either. It was odd. For £130 a night you’d think someone would show some care.

Very welcoming and helpful member of staff on reception. I did not have breakfast or use the leisure facilities so I cannot comment on them. Room was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Room was just ok. Exposed brick is fake laminate. Restaurant is TERRIBLE with worse service. The thumping music outside all day was just below our window making for a horrible experience when in the room. Starbucks is the coffee but they close whenever they want. Overall a bit disappointment for what could have been a neat place.
