This is located about a fifteen-minute walk from downtown Glenwood Springs, but it's also directly on the circular bus route around town! I was attending an event in Aspen, so it was just a quick visit. The hotel, though definitely older, was well maintained and very quiet. All in all a pleasant stay.

Decent stay, but had issues without any sympathy

This is a simple little motel, really close to lots of businesses, clean, and some of it look like it had been redone (bathroom was nice and modern). Beds were comfortable and we made it work with our family of five for one night. It’s close to the springs, which is awesome, the springs are super fun and perfect for families! The only downside to this place was that we weren’t told / didn’t realize that the refrigerator was OFF by default and we needed to turn it on when we got there… and so we put in all of our food for our road trip and it spoiled overnight. When we let the management know, they were unsympathetic and said we should’ve known to turn on the fridge. We tried to contact hotels.com (who we booked through) and they weren’t able to resolve it with the hotel staff- they refused to make it right. It’s a bummer they didn’t have signage or some kind of indicator that you need to turn ON the fridge (it was a low fridge and hard to see the ON/OFF button); we lost about $50 of food and leftovers. When we brought it up to them, they didn’t really seem to care. We know that the staff of these businesses work hard and we definitely don’t want to drag a small business… but we were bummed about the customer service on this issue. If the fridge thing hadn’t happened, we have no complaints- it was a good experience!

Nice place to stay.

The Inn provides a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the small refrigerator and microwave worked. While the building itself is not new it has been maintained. The breakfast provided included: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bread, pastries, hard boiled eggs, tea, coffee and juice.

Clean but cramped

Convenient location that is close to local attractions, breakfast was decent. We had a family of 5, but the room better fits 2 or 3 better. Beds are firm and on the small side. Also is kinda hot in the summer, AC does not help consistently.

I reserved 2 rooms. I was very pleased that they were able to give us adjoining rooms. I was not expecting that. The office person was very helpful, pleasant and personable. We never had any problems with parking. We were able to walk to the Hot Springs and the shopping/restaurants in downtown. Very convenient. The room stayed very comfortable temperature wise. It was in the 90's when we were there. Down sides are we did not like the selection for the continental breakfast but there was a restaurant within a block. There is no coffee maker in the room.

Good value, little amenities! Very clean

This hotel is an old motel renovated. Think 1960's type room. That being said, it is VERY clean!! The grounds, the room, everywhere was immaculate! The Breakfast room is very nice and again, immaculate! The breakfast itself is so so. Muffins, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt. that's about it!
