I think this place is great if you have young children. My daughter loved the pool. The bed was fairly comfortable. Family disliked the repetitive breakfast. They only had fruit one of the days. It would be better if they had more options. I will say if I did not take my 7 year old daughter with me I would not stay here. But a good hotel for people with young kids.

The kids liked the water slide but it is not safe for adults and questionable for kids. The place is dirty and really needs an update. The carpet and curtains were visibly dirty. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Our rooms were not ready at checkin and the staff were not very helpful. The breakfast was terrible except for the waffles. I would not recommend.

The pool and the closeness to the adventure park make the trip. Lobby is decent. The carpet is disgusting and needs updated throughout the entire hotel.

We have stayed here for years and although it’s a nice enough place we might be ready for a change. Got greeted with the”we don’t service your room unless you have any specific needs” so we had to ask for towels etc. no quick clean like dumping trash etc. the first full day we didn’t have hot water until the afternoon. The room had been touched up with paint that didn’t match so it looked strange. Should’ve repainted the whole room if not the right paint. Layout of room is a little strange for a two queen bed room, it would’ve been nice to have two chairs so someone doesn’t have to sit on the bed. Could use more refreshing and better lighting .

Ok for solo but better for families

Sadly got a room next to the highway. Road noise is super loud. I had ear plugs but still got woken up by loud vehicles/semis. Tip: request a room facing the mountain not I-70. No hot breakfast just refined carbs and continental breakfast items.. no protein :-( Seems like a good place for small kids though with the fun pool and being next to the gondola. Walking distance from the Iron Mountain Hot Springs which is what I was there to visit.

The pool area is awesome, the game room was a bonus. Location is great especially if your planning a trip to the Adventure Park or Caves. Breakfast wasn't impressive, unless cereal, waffles and bagels are your thing.Staff was great, our only issue was catching a 21 person working so we could try their Alcohol on tap. Which unfortunately never happened. Other than that our keys lost program a few times during our stay which sucked being on the 3rd floor.

The pool was an absolute hit with my kids! It was open till 11pm and we stayed the whole time! I wish the breakfast had kore options but all and all it was great for our faimly!
