We loved our stay at Glenwood Springs more than any other time due to the quality of this hotel, the food options nearby such as the Glenwood Canyon Brewpub and the Pullman, Wild Coffee for great coffee which gets flavor from just the beans (not burnt and unflavorful like Starbucks), and great proximity to everything. Check out the adorable Mona Lisa boutique for the most unique items!

I am very impressed with the remodel of the old Denver Hotel. My room at the Maxwell was perfect, everything was new and clean, the room smelled wonderful! It was quiet and I slept like a log. I give a five star!

They booked us into a room called historic that we didn’t ask for that didn’t have any windows to the outside so that was a little disappointing. Then they moved us to another room and charged us an extra $50 on the second night.

I am a REALTOR® with Keller Williams CO West Realty and we had our awards ceremony at our Glenwood office and since it was an open bar I booked a room at the Maxwell so I could bar hop grand and walk back to my hotel. The room was lovely I didnt stay at the hotel much because it was just a night stay but I enjoyed the room and the vibe the hotel brought for the fact our awards party was a 20's vibe and all the history glenwood brings with those times.

I booked this for one night but wish I had more time to explore. I was traveling for work visited multiple sites on the western slope and the day of checkout went to Aspen then. back to the Denver Metro area. This Hotel was within walking distance to numerous restaurants with the brewpub and wild coffee attached to this location. I will say that parking is not included but there is a gated lot adjacent to the property that they charge $ 20 for your time there within in/out privilages for your time there
