• Crack addicts in the hallway (unsecured) • Non-smoking room had ash tray and cigarette burns everywhere • Room smelled terrible I bought multiple air fresheners to mask it • Wire leading to lighting fixture and clock had grounding element removed from plug so it could fit the outlet, major fire hazard

Everything I had with me smells like cigarette smoke and I don’t even smoke, the blankets had holes and cigarette burns in them, I had to go to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies and a comforter set. This place is disgusting and the front desk clerk John was very rude, you have people laying in the hallway and when I asked for my room to be changed the guy John asked me what was I doing for an hour ummm sir trying to make the room to my liking I asked for a refund he said no. I highly recommend not this place and for the price they charge do yourself a favor and book at Woodsprings suites in Cherry Hill at least someone will come to clean and change your sheets and I forgot they only have 2 television changes lol but never again

The room was very unsanitary. There were burn stains on all of the furniture and on the bed. The shower was dirty. The toilet was spotty and the refrigerator in the room was leaking. There was also blood on the lampshade zero out of 10 won’t recommend.

This the worst hotel every , I booked two rooms and we all had to stay in one room since a woman and a man try to enter our room with our kids there !! It was very scary and the hotel don't want to refund us for the the rooms or at least for the room we didn't stay in , on top of that the room wasn't very clean there was a open water bottle in the freezer and the lock was broken. This was very scary for my kids!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!!
