Sand and Surf right outside your door! 4/5 Bedroom Beach House with Finished Walkout Basement with Bunk beds as well. Waterfront Screened Porch, Patio, Lawn. Updated Kitchen. Laundry. Small office overlooking Ocean with twin bed. Pier and Magnolia Center only short walk away (about 1/8 mile) with Restaurants, Shopping, convenience store. Get your toes in the sand and let your worries melt away with every wave that rolls in!
