Herrliches Haus und schöne Umgebung

Es war eine schöne Zeit im Gartenweg, das Haus ist super,besonders der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Alles andere sehr modern und sauber! Die Nähe zum glasklaren Fleesensee,sowie zu den schönen Radwegen, bzw.Wanderwegen ist toll. Wir hatten einen Hund mit, der sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat, schöner Hundestrand in der Nähe. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Schönes Haus, leider mit baulichen Mängeln

Wir waren schon oft am Fleesensee und die Gegend ist wirklich schön. Auch das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Leider hat es allerdings offenbar eklatante Baumängel, um welche sich nicht abschließend gekümmert wird. Im Erdgeschoss löst sich in vielen Bereichen das Malervließ und es scheint so, als wäre das Mauerwerk feucht. In der Küche hat die Wand sogar geschimmelt. Auch die Sauberkeit im Objekt war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die vorherigen Bewertungen zeigen ein ähnliches Bild sodass nicht nachvollziehbar ist, dass hier nicht darauf eingegangen wird und die Mängel bestehen bleiben. Schade! Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann aber in ein anderes Haus.

Modernes Haus mit beheiztem Pool ist gut, aber als wir ankamen roch es überall nach Hund und es waren viele Hunde Haare vorhanden. Hier hätte vorher ein gründliche Reinigung und mehrmaliges durchlüften Abhilfe schaffen können.

Schimmel im gesamten EG

Leider war das Haus nicht bewohnbar weil die gesamte untere Etage rundherum voll Schimmel war. Die außen Wände waren komplett betroffen und der Schimmel war 0,5 Meter die Wand hoch. Die Agentur hat dies gewusst und trotzdem vermietet. Ein Ersatzhaus konnte man uns erst am Folgetag 13:00 Uhr zur verfügung stellen. Die gebuchten Wäschepakete sind dann im neuen Haus vergessen worden und wir haben die 2 Nacht ohne schlafen müssen weil es nicht geschaft wurde Uns neue zu liefern. Das hatten wir direkt um 13:00 Uhr telefonisch gemeldet. Durch den Umzug haben wir einen kompletten Tag Urlaub verloren. Leider kümmert sich die Agentur im Nachgang nicht und man will das Problem scheinbar ignorieren. Hier wird es wohlneinen Rechtsstreit geben.

Küche ein wenig zu klein Schlüssel für Tür vom außengelände fehlte Fernseher in jedem Zimmer waren vorhanden Insgesamt ok

Tolle Lage - nervige Baustellen

Wir verbrachten unseren Sommerurlaub in dem Ferienhaus Comfort. Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage. Leider ist es kein einzelnes Ferienhaus, sondern eine Doppelhaushälfte, die sich noch im Bauzustand befindet. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht komplett der Realität, wir waren vom Baulärm gestört und eher unzufrieden mit dem stark verzögerten Check-In. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.
