We loved the hotel and the area. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and shopped in the lobby in the neat jewelry cases. We'll definitely stay again when there!

We had a good experience. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Location is good in a pedestrian shopping area. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms on two rooms in two separate floors were very smelly. Something like a sewer gas. The smell dissipated a bit in one of the rooms, but persisted in the other.

It's a great location and right next to a parking garage if you are driving. Breakfast is good and the room is no nonsense, very business like.

Nice hotel with good front desk staff

Receptionist was spot on, had looked at my requests and actioned, well done. Also helped me out finding a traditional German restaurant for dinner. Room was at rear, quiet, and the air con worked well. I was very impressed with the Marklin V200 artwork in the entrance. About 6-7 min walk from station along car free shopping street. Would stay again.

Quick and efficient check in, nice modern hotel and nice decor, very clean. Rooms were nice and warm, air-conditioning to change temperature, water in room free of charge. Hand wash, shower gel and body cream in bathroom. In the lobby a drinks machine with coffee, hot chocolate, etc again free of charge. We had breakfast each morning, a nice selection of cereals, pastries, hot food, meats and cheeses. The hotel also printed off my return flight boarding passes for me. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to all staff concerned.
