They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

O café da manhã é ótimo, a localização excelente. O quarto é bastante amplo. Solicitamos no ato da reserva andar alto e travesseiros extras, e o pedido foi atendidos, ao chegarmos estava conforme solicitação. Infelizmente tivemos alguns contratempos: o controle da TV não funcionava (reclamamos e não foi providenciada a troca), a porta do quarto estava com problemas para fechar, um dos edredons disponibilizados não estava limpo (pedimos a troca e não foi feita).

Hotel no geral está bem decadente, infiltração, espelhos do elevador quebrados, atendentes nada cordiais, nao resolvem nada, nem sequer um sorriso. No dia que entrei, as 14h30, reclamei que o cofre estava travado. até as 19h ninguém havia resolvido, só qdo reclamei me informaram que precisava esperar o manobrista da noite para resolver. As 22h00 qdo retornei depois de muita insistência o manobrista foi tentar resolver e não resolveu. Nem um dos 3 quartos o cofre estava funcionando, ninguem resolveu e o pior nem sabiam informar se tinha um cofre no hotel, eu tinha objeto de valor e tive que ficar carregando. 3 luminárias do quarto não funcionavam, toalhas de banho super gastas, infiltração no quarto, banheiro ficou com mosquito grande morto nos 3 dias (limpeza muito ruim), café da manhã muitas opções eram do outro dia, sem contar os mosquitos impossível pegar. Enfim o hotel está muito ruim e o atendimento pior ainda. Ninguém retorna os pedidos e qdo vc questiona são super desagradáveis.
