Quarto bom mas a recepção é fraca

O quarto é muito bom, limpo e espaçoso. localização muito boa próximo dos bares e restaurantes pra quem quer curtir a noite de Goiânia. Porém o atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar. A internet do quarto não funcionava e por consequência a TV também não. No segundo dia de estadia o chuveiro queimou e só tinha água gelada. o pessoal informou que iria trocar o quarto, mas isso não aconteceu. Quando fui fazer o check-out não tinha ninguém pra realiza-lo.
