Great size 3 bed apartment. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, so much so we didn’t use the beach. BBQ area clean. Very close to tram stop and walking distance to shops. There was a smell in the hallway just outside elevator. Other than this issue, we had an amazing stay.

We stayed here for 8 nights and we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 6th level and had no complaints other than wishing our level was little higher and the bathroom being a little out dated. No worries though, our room was great. The pools were amazing and location was great, espeiclaly being a short walkijg distance to the beach. Would defs recommend. Will be back in August.

The room was very clean. Staff were lovely at all times. Greeted you with a smile and were always very helpful. The amenities were fantastic as were the restaurants and cafe. Tram stop only a five minute walk.

The Lagoon pool was beautiful, the pirate ship pool being closed for maintenance was disappointing for my children but it’s great news that it’s been upgraded. We loved the size of the apartment and it was very comfortable. I think cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen could be improved but other than that it was an amazing stay and we will be back.

Room was clean, aged but spacious and comfortable for our family. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, could not fault them and the facilities were great for families with the pool slide and beach to kick back on. The Thai restaurant located on site was fantastic and the room views of the water and then just being walking distance to trams/beaches and a wonderful coffee shop was faultless.
