Amazing stay, absolute beach front! We loved hearing the sound of the waves all night. The place is absolutely spotless, so beautifully maintained. The appartement was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Extremely well located, on the beach, a short stroll away from the main street, but quiet enough. The staff was very lovely and helpful, they made sure we had the best experience. We extended our stay, and we will come back!

I was in Surfers Paradise recently for a hip replacement and I spent 23 days at One the Esplanade recovering and rehabilitating from my surgery. The property and location were great and catered for my needs. Great balcony and view of the beach and water. Nearby restaurants and shops and the tram station to get around. The property managers were great and checked on me regularly. Will definitely return to this property when in the Gold Coast area.

We enjoyed a great stay at one the esplanade with our two kids, we were on level 13, roadside. The apartment was in great condition and very quiet. Perfect location for walking down to cafe etc. unfortunately the carpark was out of action while we stayed but I can imagine that would be very handy too
