Partner could not check in under my booking. Staff were unhelpful - told to call The Star booing services only then to find out had to contact Wotif. Sent message to Wotif to then on send to the hotel and received no reply. I would have at least expected access to hotel facilities for my partner until I could physically check-in myself. Big time waster.
