Good experience

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that made it easy to rest. The location is also ideal—close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, pool and gym which exceeded my expectations. Overall, this hotel offers great value and service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The rooms AC did not work and only found this out just before i went to bed i was wondering why the window was opened and so i had to sleep with window open and had to hear to trucks in the parking lot next to the hotel making all kinds of noise when they where backing into the parking lot when there backup beepers so ya not a cool night left very early so had not been able to relax like i should of

Both nughts, it felt like the ceiling above us was about to collapse...it was extremely noisy all night, felt like there was a renovation above us..doors slamming open and shut, furniture moving, heavy footsteps etc. Their continental bfast...best you skip it.. a new level of disappointment. Didn't think it was humanly possible to ruin the only offered three items..cold scrambled eggs, soggy re-microwaved has browns and stale toast... added extra water to their juice and coffee so basically slightly flavored water...anyways we fell for what seemed like a fake version of Ramada. We booked the hotel based on its brand and our previous experiences, but this one was a huge disappointment...
