We loved our stay - for the price we were a bit concerned but all the Expedia reviews were positive so we booked a stay! The room was large and immaculate with too many “extra” touches to list. The river and walkway are right outside the back door and yummy restaurants a stones throw away. Would definitely stay again

Clear and easy communication through Whatsapp, especially useful for parking instructions. Spacious room, underfloor heating in the bathroom (really nice for a stay in early Nov!). Central location, right by the river. Complimentary snacks and drinks was a nice touch.

The property is facing the Kicking Horse River which itself is the most unique thing about the property. The rooms are neat and the location is very convenient.

We arrived at night and were quite confused as to where to park as there wasn't any clear signage and very little lighting. The parking lot felt quite dark and small, and when it said we needed a permit, i wasnt sure where to get it from. Found the permit in the room. Room was very clean and modern, and the text message to have our room temperature pre set was a very nice feature! Some visible pricing labelling for the snacks in the room would also be helpful. Overall, a very nice room and would stay again!

The property has an opportunity to keep their guest feel safer by installing an extra safety lock when guest are inside the room. key codes only is not enoigh.

This was a beautiful spot and beyond our expectations. The room had a lot of really nice touches that you do not see a lot these days. There was a lot care put into making a guest stay special.
