The rooms have been renovated a few years ago, but this is still a motel. Expect rooms to be a bit noisy, as vehicles are parked 3 feet from your window and door. Thankfully the soundproofing between rooms is pretty good however. There are also rail tracks nearby, and the trains blow the horn a lot. Our room key reset everyday so we kept having to get a new key each day. Housekeeping barged in on us 3 times. The breakfast is a bit below average but passable. The only hot offerings are waffles, instant oatmeal, and microwaveable frozen mini-muffin sausage sandwiches. Staff are generally helpful and mean well. We had millipedes appear on the bathroom floor occasionally. The tub was installed off level so shower water drained onto the floor, causing minor flooding of the floor every time somebody showers. No easy way to fix that.
The price is reasonable, and it was an okay place to stay. But I likely wouldn't go back, I prefer hotels to motels.
