The staff last night were extremely pleasant and courteous; however, I was disappointed with the condition of room 231. The room felt very outdated, including the beds, furniture, and carpet, and it is clearly in need of renovation. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled as though the room had previously been designated as a smoking room. Additionally, the room did not match the photos posted on Hotels.com, and the overall experience was quite different from what I expected.

The room was not clean. There were dirty clothes left on the floor from a previous guest. The bathroom light did not work so my mom could not see. (100 yrs old) She had to keep the hall light on all night. The blanket was stained. Was not happy with this stay.

The room was not clean I would never expect anyone to stay there. The hallway was filthy looked like it was never cleaned bedspreads were stained replaced with stained ones the staff was great the rooms are disgraceful my son also moved out I would never suggest this motel

During our stay, we were surprised to find that there was not even basic soap provided for handwashing. The bathroom was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a suspicious liquid stain on the chair, which looked as if someone had urinated on it. Overall, the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom and furniture, was far below expectations.

Lots of people live there, families too and lots of substance abuse issues going on, even with staff. It was more like being at a half-way house that wasn’t managed properly yet rather popular with random people in the community for obvious reasons. Very sad, rather dirty.

Let me start by saying that we have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and it was fine, which is why we chose it again. However, since the last time we stayed here this place as gone to hell in a hand basket. The interior has become rundown and dirty. The whole place reeks of smoke. Why bother to have non smoking rooms and common areas if you are just going to allow the guests and residents (yes residents!) to smoke just outside all of the exterior doors. And apparently now they are allowing people to live there and the “residents” have no respect for the guests traveling and needing a quiet place to stay in n their trip. We were kept awake all night! First by children running up and down the hallway playing until well after midnight. Then by the tv in the room adjacent to ours which was turned up on high ALL NIGHT LONG! At 3am after repeated attempts to call the front desk went unanswered we trekked down to speak to someone about getting the people in the next room to turn off (or at least down) their TV. We were greeted at the desk by a sign saying they were helping another guest “be back in five minutes”. Twenty minutes later we returned back to our room after no one had shown back up to the desk. It was clear they were off sleeping somewhere…must’ve been nice, I would have like to sleep too. Instead we spent the rest of the night sleepless and facing a long drive the next day. Do not walk, RUN far away from this place!

so let me start off by saying, for $50-60 you cant beat it really (if its just for overnight sleep), especially with the location, shopping centers around, food, highway etc.. STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING, KIND AND ACCOMMODATING, Thank you all! They have a pool I didnt use only because I was just there to sleep but it looked decent. Now the MAJOR ISSUE I did have was... bugs. NOT BED BUGS, the beds were 'clean'. But roaches. I left my room and came back and turned the lights on and they were on the floor by the sink, in the bath tub, etc., luckily I had my luggage on the bed I called front desk and she instantly apologized and offered me a different room! No bugs in that room! My rating is only 3/5 because customer service & price for a quick night stay.

First room we stayed in was extremely horrible. Mold in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was leaking and water was all over the floor and even got some of my clothes in the luggage wet. The entire room was filthy. We asked to change rooms and the other room was OK but still in poor condition. The hotel is located in the ghetto, I would not recommend. There’s low income people that live in that hotel and anyone can come in and out that hotel, you don’t need a key and to me that is not safe. You’re better off staying somewhere else and paying more.
