This charming, detached house is peacefully set on a sunny hillside – ideal for families of up to 4 adults and one small child.
Spacious terraces with stunning views invite you to relax. The heated pool (April to November), private Finnish sauna, and hot tub (available from mid‑November to the end of March or on request for CHF 20 per day) provide year‑round wellness and comfort.
A covered seating area, deck chairs, parasol, sun loungers, and a Weber charcoal grill make the outdoor space perfect for cozy barbecue evenings overlooking the lake, the Magadino plain, and the surrounding mountains.

The house is beautifully situated on a sunny slope and is spread over two floors.
Upon entering, you’ll find a bright and modern living and dining room with an open kitchen. Two large sliding doors open to a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. From here, you have direct access to the spacious terrace with heated pool (April to November) and the well‑kept garden – perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying a meal outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, glass‑ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino, hand and immersion blender, electric citrus juicer, toaster, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
On the lower floor are two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a baby travel cot.
A modern bathroom with shower/WC on the upper floor and a separate WC with washing machine and hairdryer on the lower floor complete the facilities.
Parking is available on the street. A well‑maintained garden path with a few steps leads you comfortably to the house – nestled in a peaceful, green environment that immediately brings a true holiday feeling.
Locarno is only 9 minutes by train or 18 minutes by car, and Ascona about 17 minutes away.
The beach on Lake Maggiore is just a few minutes’ drive. A paradise for those seeking peace, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to experience Ticino at its best.
