Nice place to stop for the night. Had a good restaurant a couple of blocks away, so easy to walk to supper. Hotel had a small laundry area, so was able to take care of that chore after being on the road for a week. I think the only complaint would be the very small breakfast area. It was quite crowded.

TV did not work pay $250 was promised a $40 refund then was later to in the morning that I can only receive a $20 refund first she tried to lie and say I must have unplugged the TV, but my friend was next-door and his TV was doing the exact same thing so once I proved she was a liar then she only offered to give me $20 back. This is a complete scam and rip off at this hotel.

Not bad just need to inform customers of things

Front desk didn't tell me not to put my cards near my phone or they would be deactivated. So at ten p m I found out my door carts weren't working. We had 2 shower towels for 4 adults. And they never came in to clean in between our 2 day. Stay or give us new towels plus never told me that we weren't getting the room cleaned in between.
