Always a good stay here. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. Every staff member I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, attentive, and professional. They genuinely seemed to care about the guests’ comfort and experience.

Excellent hotel - room with a perfect view!

Fantastic stay - excellent checkin process and we were given a fantastic room. We had booked a superior room and given the choice of high or low floor. We chose high floor and we given a room on the 10th floor - perfect view!! Could see all of the city from various angles. Breakfast was fantastic - great selection and plenty to suit all tastes. Location of the hotel is excellent, right beside Central Station and walkable to all everything we needed. We would definitely come back and stay again.

All the above except for parking as I did not hire a car. The hotel can get very noisy when a conference is held. Apart from that its a great place to stay and was convenient for my wife and I to stay visiting my family in and around Gothenburg. My own family will be staying with you next month in the name of Lyndon Green. A great place to be in the center of Gothenburg.

Easy access to transportation (train, bus, tram) and walking distance to shopping mall (Nordstan) and park (mini botanical garden). Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent and friendly staff - special thanks to Paulina at check-in! Comfortable bed with four different size pillows. Ability to use Chromecast on the TV. If you are sensitive to noise, you may need to bring ear plugs as you can hear trams and trains and people outside.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location, 3 minutes walk to centre with shopping mall. Really enjoyed our stay here, staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out very easy. There was a safe space to leave luggage after checking-out which made exploring the city before our flight a breeze. Only criticism is that bath robes and slippers were only available to premium room bookings, which I found unusual. Even the most basic hotels offer this, despite this I would revisit this hotel again.

The battery in the safe AND the remote control were dead. The temperature adjustment and the mini fridge DID NOT WORK. It took over a day to have the batteries changed, we were told the person WENT HOME EARLY!!!! The hotel was recently renovated, so we expected at least One of the above to work.

The property is right across the street from the central station, which is very convienent for travelers. Also the hotel appears to be retrofitted from an old office building which gives it a different type of design. Lots of food options in the hotel and plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. The pool is in a different part of the building, which you have to book time slots for and have to get access cards for. A bit confusing at times.
