Les intĂ©rieurs reflĂštent la vie des Ăźles avec le style des Ăźles, un mĂ©lange d’ancien et de nouveau. Des piĂšces originales uniques en leur genre ornent cette magnifique maison de plage. Des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, des portes en verre qui donnent sur un fabuleux (et Ă©norme) pont, et une vue sur la plage de sable rose Ă  couper le souffle se prĂȘtent parfaitement Ă  l'Ă©vasion sur une Ăźle. Descendez du pont sur la magnifique plage et promenez-vous dans le magnifique ocĂ©an Atlantique.

UNE NOUVELLE PISCINE CHAUFFÉE AVEC VUE MER a Ă©tĂ© complĂ©tĂ©e. La piscine peut ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e, si vous le souhaitez, moyennant des frais de 350 $ par semaine.

The Beach House est situé directement sur French Leave Beach, un croissant de sable rose d'un kilomÚtre de long qui a été classé parmi les 20 meilleurs au monde. Il est situé sur le prestigieux Banks Road de Governors Harbour, le premier emplacement d'Eleuthera. La ville de Governors Harbour, avec ses restaurants, ses épiceries, ses boutiques et ses banques, est à seulement 1,6 km.

Le Beach House vient d'ĂȘtre totalement rĂ©novĂ© (travaux terminĂ©s en aoĂ»t 2016). Un mĂ©lange de vie Ă  la plage moderne et rustique est le dĂ©cor et le thĂšme tout au long. Des comptoirs en bĂ©ton, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un double Ă©vier commercial font partie de la cuisine moderne et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La table Ă  manger construite en bois d'Ăźlot rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes et peut accueillir quatre personnes supplĂ©mentaires sur l'Ăźlot de cuisine. Le salon avec ses canapĂ©s blancs et ses nattes en paille fabriquĂ©es Ă  la main regarde Ă  travers un mur de verre sur le pont et la plage French Leave au-delĂ . DĂ©tendez-vous dehors sur la vĂ©randa avec vue sur la plage en balançant des lits de repos.

The Beach House dispose de trois chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. Deux des chambres ont des lits king avec vue sur l'océan et la plage. La troisiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec une vue sur le jardin tropical.

La maison est entiÚrement climatisée et chaque piÚce a des ventilateurs de plafond.

La grande terrasse extérieure est l'endroit idéal pour regarder le lever du soleil le matin, prendre un bain de soleil toute la journée ou profiter d'un aprÚs-midi de détente et de tranquillité. Doté d'espaces de restauration et de détente et d'un gril à gaz, c'est l'escapade ultime.

Avec sa vaste véranda et son emplacement en front de mer, le Beach House est idéal pour l'organisation de mariages et autres événements. Des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer pour les événements.

What a fantastic experience! The Beach House is a stunning location right on a beautiful stretch of beach, and the hosts are incredibly attentive. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from the gourmet kitchen to the three spacious bedrooms. After seven weeks, we were reluctant to say goodbye!

The Beach House is exactly what my family of six was looking for. The house is beautiful and felt like home with all of the amenities and comfort. The patio, pool, and beach were incredible. The boy's kayaked several days, snorkeled on the reef, and swam with dolphins! The location on Banks Road offered seclusion, but also convenience. Michele and Matt were wonderful to work with. This was our second stay at the Beach House.. it is a wonderful house in a great location. Michelle makes sure you're well taken care of and has everything you need from cooking to snorkeling, towels, etc. We will definitely be back. We love Eleuthera!

Tropical Paradise!

My family had our best vacation yet at The Beach House! Such a comfortable house and Michele was extremely helpful. The beach is stunning and we spent most of our time snorkeling around the reefs right in front of the property. We didn’t want to leave!

Paradise Indeed

We stayed a week and were smitten with the island as well as this unique, authentic, charming home. Steps to the private beach. The pool was a plus. We loved being on Banks road close to everything we needed. We will be back!

Matt and Michele are both amazing and went above and beyond. The house was even better than expected. Our favorite house rental thus far. Great setup. Perfect location

The house was perfect for 6 friends staying a week. The house was beautiful and comfortable with the perfect Beach right after back door. The house was well stocked and Michelle the owner was the most gracious host. The Buccaneer restaurant right down the street has great food. Matthew the property manager was also very helpful and answered every email in a time like fashion. We will be back!

Best of both worlds

WE were pleasantly Surprised at the beautiful beach just off the deck! The house was perfect and fully stocked with everything we needed. Water and ice were also supplied by Michelle which was great! We really didn’t need to leave the house. Although we had some really Windy days we were able to snorkel later in the week. We’ve stayed in quite a few places but this one far outweighed the rest!

Paradise

The property was just perfect for our group of 6. Although we cooked very little, everything we needed was already there. Plenty of dishes, pans and even quite a few spices/condiments. The pool is showing it's age and could use a little TLC, but other than that, everything was just as nice as we imagined by the pictures online. The beach is as perfect as they come and we enjoyed all of the floats, kayaks and chairs provided. We will totally stay at The Beach House again and highly recommend to anyone that is searching for the perfect vacation getaway!

I do recommend bringing own soap/shampoo/conditioner as it is not provided. Lots of pool/beach toys and chairs. We can't wait to return.

I would buy this house

For 25 years, my family has stayed at a beautiful, private resort in the BVI. We counted the days from the moment we left until we’d return the next year. This year, new spouses and grandchildren made our group too big to go back, so we decided to rent a house on an island as quiet as the one we loved. We chose Eleuthera because few people lived there and it there’s been hardly any development. I had several requirements: authentic island decor; a prefect, pristine beach; resort amenities like beach chairs, a palapa, snorkel gear and kayaks. And last, a staff that would cook great food and make us feel at home. We got it all. Our host, Michelle, was fantastic in every way and made sure our two weeks were perfect. We had the same feeling at the end we had at our long-time resort: don’t make us go.

Beach House

We visited the Beach House in November for Thanksgiving week, we were a group of six and it did not disappoint. Aside from the incredible location with a private path to the beach that opened up to the most spectacular pristine beach, the house was perfect. It was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything that we could possibly need. We have visited Eleuthera quite a few times over the last five years and one of our favorite spots is the Buccaneer (the staff is always so friendly), just a short drive from the house we enjoyed breakfast, dinner and live music on our visit. They have added a nice gift shop, which has ice cream as well. Eleuthera is a beautiful island with the most beautiful beaches that we have ever seen. We love this island and the people are always wonderful friendly and kind. They have lots of great places to eat, we had Thanksgiving dinner at the 1640, Fishbones was a great spot and of course the Bougainvillea never disappoints. Make sure that you visit Normas gift shop, you will feel like you are with family when you walk through the door We have stayed in several homes on our visits and the Beachouse is a place that we will look forward to coming back to.

A Week in Paradise

We were a group of three couples, all active seniors in need of the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty and pace of Eleuthera. As soon as we arrived, after a frustrating trip from Nassau on unreliable puddlejump airline, we realized that it was all worth it. Everything was perfect. The interior of the Beach House had everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and beach towels, and the kitchen well was provisioned. Outside, by the pool there are sun areas, areas to dine and a wonderful shaded area with 2 large built in sofas. Just feet away, down the steps past the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, is the short path to the most magnificent beach. There is a thatched shade area with 6 reclining chaises that look out onto the water. Walks on the beach, swimming, reading and naps in the shaded pavilion were the best cure for a long winter in the Northeast. If only we could have stayed and avoided the return to ice and snow! We would all love to return. The owner, Michelle, is gracious and we frequented her restaurant, The Buccaneer, several times. Highly recommend.

Beach House Bliss

This was our first visit to Eleuthera and it did not disappoint! The house is located on one of the most stunning beaches on the island with views to die for! The Beach House is well equipped and had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great quality cookware and sharp knives were a lovely surprise as most rentals tend to lack in that area. Plenty of dinnerware and glassware etc. There is a 5 gallon water dispenser which was fantastic. Bedrooms were spacious and we found the beds super comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra linens if needed. The outdoor space was wonderful and lots of little spots to hang out in. There is a “covered patio” that provides shelter from the elements and is a great place to take nap, sip coffee or enjoy a cocktail. Recommend heating the pool in the “winter” months as the ocean can be cool and it’s a treat to warm up in the pool after a day in cooler waters. Plenty of lounge chairs, beach toys and “extras”! The No-See-Ums are NO joke. Bug spray is a must as well as long sleeves/pants at dusk/dawn. The house is newly equipped with a generator! Power did go out briefly and it was great having the generator kick on! Michelle is a fabulous hostess. She was extremely communicative and readily available when needed. They say “Eleuthera is not for everyone!”
. However, it definitely captured our hearts! It was hard leaving the island and we are already planning our return trip.

Very comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location.Tippy’s was our go to restaurant. Loved getting fresh fish from the dock in Governors Harbor. Was great having a generator as the power was out quite a lot the week we were there. Will definitely stay there again.
