Café da manhã muito bom. Um destaque para o cardápio com cuscuz, e munguzá(canjica). Me fez matar um pouquinho da saudade dos sabores do nordeste. Destaque também pra simpatia do Fontana, muito atencioso. O Fábio e a Cristina, da recepção, também, muito atenciosos. O Fábio me recebeu com muita simpatia e empatia. Nota deles para o atendimento dele. Quarto ótimo, iluminação aconchegante e cama confortável. Chuveiro muito bom.

Quarto não foi exatamente como reservado. Foi contrato um quarto para casal, com uma cama de casal mais 2 camas de solteiro e nos forneceram um quarto de solteiro com uma cama de casal improvisada em um sofa cama, onde havia um colchonete muito desconfortável, no lugar do colchão. Comida estava boa, funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis.

O quarto é bem pequeno, pouquíssimo espaço. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Já tinha ficado em um outro hotel da rede dois anos antes, o Pedras Altas, muito bom por sinal. Infelizmente confiei pelo nome, se soubesse que entregariam pouco teria ficado em um mais próximo ao centro.

Terceira estadia no Viale e novamente foi tudo perfeito. A localização é boa, num lugar calmo e próxima ao centro da cidade. O quarto limpo, organizado, bem estruturado. A experiência do boa, porém no quarto sentimos forte cheiro de mofo, com provável origem em infiltração ascendente e mofo nas cortinas. O quarto que ficamos muito barulho no corredor. De resto, gostamos.
