Melhor escolha em Gramado

Adorei me hospedar na Pousada Olidal. Ótima localização podendo se locomover à pé para qualquer lugar do centro/rua coberta/praça das etnias e restaurantes; atendimento personalizado por ser uma pousada menor; instalações novinhas, condizente com as fotos apresentadas; café da manhã delicioso, com produtos de qualidade; possui uma garagem pequena, mas que cabem os carros. Caso retorne à Gramado, me hospedarei novamente na Olidal.

O quarto é grande e limpo, bem como a cama. A gerente é uma pessoa extremamente fina e atenciosa. A localização da pousada é perfeita: encostada em um supermercado, central, ao lado de ótimos restaurantes. O café da manhã é bem servido, preparam ovo mexido na hora. Embora não fosse obrigação da pousada, eles deixaram um colchão extra para acomodar meu filho de 1 ano e 3 meses. Muito gentis.

Boa pousada, tanto por sua localização quanto pela atenção da equipe. O café da manhã também é variado e o tamanho do quarto é muito bom. O banheiro é um tanto apertado.O problema é a TV, com pouquíssimos canais!

A equipe é muito cordial mas amadora. Houve confusão na cobrança, no Check-in e Check-out - causando um certo constrangimento desnecessário - falta profissionalismo e organização para evitar esses incidentes desagradáveis.
