The only main complaint was the inability to have a fan or air conditioning since it was hot several days despite 40-50 degree weather. And it was not practical to open window since it is noisy ourdoors

I did not know anything about this Melia before arriving there but a person at the Granada Airport said it was top knotch and the taxi driver was very impressed. I too was impressed with everything about it, especially utilizing the area on the 6th floor for a panoramic view of the city. You can see the snow capped Sierra Navada Mountains; the Alumbra, and so nany more views. The breakfasts and snacks were great. Even though the 6th floor costs is additional its well worth it. My suite was excellent and i especially loved the rain shower. The Melia is surrounded by everything you need. If i ever return to Granada, i will stay there.

I liked how the property was in an area where everything you needed was there. The staff were nice and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on a main street with restaurants and can be noisy at night. If yiu sleep before the noise it is okay.

The staff at the Levels Lounge were very professional and helpful. They were especially kind and attentive to our child. This made a huge difference for us. The Levels perks and special services are fantastic.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms and friendly staff. They have two dinners, we were placed on the 6th floor dining area and it included free open bar which was awesome. I think they can improve the speed of a La Carte option or simply placed scrambled eggs for faster self service. Other than that is a great place to stay, we loved itand recommend it. 👏

You gotta have the Level option when making a reservation. The Level lounge offers food, drinks, relaxation, and a great view of Alhambra night and day, from morning to evening daily. The property is very clean all around, the staff is exceptionally warm, and courteous. Will utilize Meliá Hotels again. Very impressed.

I had a great stay overall—fantastic location, excellent facilities, and good service. However, I was quite disappointed when I asked for some water and was told to purchase it from the minibar. For a hotel of this standard, providing drinking water upon request shouldn’t be an issue. It left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant experience.
