Elevators didnât work. They say it got struck by lightening. Maybe so but that was before I booked, so a notice was warranted.
TVs didnât work, maybe because of lightening. Again notice.
Hair all over bathtub when we arrived.
Not good
We were charged $292 for one night. After moving our college kid in all day long we got to the hotel about 11 oâclock, where we then had to climb for flights of stairs because the elevator was broken. Then the carpet in front of the air conditioner and chair was wet. The air was humid the whole time we were there. The front desk associate was nice.
Elevators were broken. We were told they would be fixed in a couple of hours only to find out they would not be fixed until monday. They put us on the 3rd floor great. The room smelled like mold. You could see where they painted over it. The carpet had stains that looked horrendous. The shower had rust coming through the paint where they painted over it. Ice maker did not work on floor. Refrigerator barely worked in the room. Bad!
The elevator was out of commission for the two nights that we stayed there, we ended up with a room in the 4th floor, and according to other guest we spoke too was not working for atleast 5 days. When we arrived it was booked as expected due to college move in weekend. But we stayed through Monday and we shouldâve been offered a room in the lower level as they became available. We didnât ask to move just to see if there would be accommodations offered due to the malfunction of the elevator.
Horrible staff. Very rude. Someone else underwear in our bathroom. Elevator didn't work even though they promised it would be fixed. Tried to move rooms for a few when we were supposed to stay in same room. Promised chocolate covered strawberries and surprises for my daughter going to college. NOTHING. Will not stay here again
Elevators are broken. Stair railing fell off as I was going up the stairs. My husband caught me. They are the richest people. I'm trying to love my oldest into college and this was the worst hotel ever. Didn't get room service. 2 pair of underwear that are not ours in bathroom when we got there. Most of weight room doesn't work. I just want a refund
The elevators did not work, and when we checked into our room, it smelled musty. The shower was full of hair. Both on the shower wall and in the tub appeared somebody had washed a wig and shook it out all over the place.
After checking in, and retrieving belongings from the car, then the front desk attendant (young, Caucasian lady with dark hair) informed us the elevator was out of order!!! Why put us on the 2nd floor? We get to our room and find out we are in a wheel chair accessible room!! Again, why?? This is not the room that we booked. No one in my party is wheel chair bound or need this type of room. This is the first and last time staying at this hotel.
Decent hotel. Service was good and went fast. The lobby is clean and well lit. Breakfast is the normal fare. Coffee machines are a nice touch. The room was a little run down. Bathroom could use a little love. Paint missing, base board missing, stains on tub. The carpet at the threshold was worn and fraying. The TV did not get off the greeting screen. Not a game changer but a little frustrating. Even rooms face the back and field so less noise. A few fast food places within walking distance. Parking lot was well lit.
