The staff was great. However, the room was in poor condition. The bathroom had a spot of black mold on the ceiling, the tub had bugs in it, the shower head leaked badly, the comforter had stains on it, the floor had a lot of animal gair on it. Not sure I would stay here again.

Breakfast menu was the same for 7 of the 8 days we were there. They could not get OJ during that time either. Bathroom toilet did nit get clean for 2 days. Has to ask. Rest of room was maintained nicely

Hotel was very outdated and decrepit. Room door lock was not secure or latch. Side door on first floor was not locked, ever. Furniture was old and dirty. Carpets were dirty. Bad experience overall. LaQuinta is usually nice. Not this one.

the room was clean and i love the accommodation when my sister was running late. i forgot to leave her a key, the staff only ask me to send a picture of my ID. they provided an extra key that saved us time and she made to her niece graduation on time. i appreciated that consideration a whole lot, trust me i am sold out to always stay at your properties from now on. Clean rooms, easy to park ( I have a big truck that it’s easy to turn in small parking lots) lots of room to park. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the indoor pool was colder than outside. My daughter wanted to swim but I couldn’t stay more than 20 minutes because it was 40 degrees in the pool area. My daughter loved it because she stayed in the hot tub the whole time. Lol

Staff is amazing as always, very friendly and always helpful. The facility itself has major signs of wear all over, dead cockroach in my room when checking in, a/c in room incredibly loud, so much so that I had to turn it off to sleep. All over the hotel needs major renovations. After finding the dead cockroach I had to Lysol the entire room wipe everything with Clorox wipes, which also proved the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. We have stayed here for years when coming to Glen Rose and sadly this will probably be the last time.
