Halls are very dark. Not inviting. Beds were on the more firm/ hard side. Carpeting in the rooms and halls very old and worn. Not enough outlets or USB access The pool and hot tub was right outside our balcony and both were filthy with black water. Wouldnt have been able to use them if it had been warmer. Parking area had trash all over.

Over all everything was great, but one small complaint: the free coffee in the lobby. No lids for the cups, but the coffee shop gave me two. No half n half, just the powdered stuff. We like fresh coffee in the morning, not the bland coffee offered in our rooms.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There is ample parking and lots of food options around the hotel as well as restaurant options in the hotel. It’s was a nice place to stay and close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon. Just note being that it’s not IN the Grand Canyon, wait times to get into the park can be long if you’re driving in on your own.
