Perfect property to stay in for the Grand Canyon. I only wish they said some in-house cocktail lounge and restaurants. That is the only thing missing in the whole area are more of that. And anything that is there pretty much is only open at night. But the hotel was a perfect stay for me

Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when my sister called the front desk and asked them to secure her wallet, which she had inadvertently left at the hotel while we were out. The situation was handled promptly and appropriately. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the location of the facility but very crowded and a little confusing for room locations. Also an elevator was out of service during our visit - led to a longer trek to our room. Still, I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to the Grand Canyon South Rim.

Amazing food service teams!

The team that worked in the back building during the evening social and the morning breakfast were amazing! The evening team was so friendly and helpful. The morning team was on top of all the offerings and making sure the guests had anything they needed. Both teams made me feel right at home.

Great place

Clean room, great breakfast, close to Grand Canyon, friendly employees, good food choices in walking distance. Felt safe and I’m a female traveling solo. There was an employee at breakfast toasting bagels and toast for people that was so nice. Her name ended with “Melda” but I couldn’t see the whole name tag. Also loved the indoor pool and hot tub!
