Good: The pool was nice. Plenty of hot water and good pressure made for a nice shower. Bad:The kitchen was not stocked well and we had to ask for a sharp knife, an extra plate and a couple other things. After being spoiled by AirBB stays, this was a real step down. And the place is getting a little threadbare. The TV only has cable, no Netflix etc. And the remote only allows up down arrow movement, so you have to scroll endlessly. OVERALL: The pool and the shower made up for the other shortcomings, and we'd stay again in a pinch.

An outlet between beds wouldn’t allow plugin. Ceiling fixture wires exposed. Had to ask for enough shampoo & conditioner for 2 ppl but were gracious in providing more. If you have dog, only use bottom floor as metal staircases can be hot in sun & open-grated stairs spooked my dog. Overall, I’d say 4.5 stars.

Overall good stay

Great service. We got the presidential suite and it was really a very nice room. Pull out couch mattress was stained and didn’t have a mattress protector, also room only had an extra flat sheet. No extra pillows or blankets. I’m sure they would have been provided had I asked but I was so exhausted from our trip I didn’t want to bother. Bathtub was awesome, but handles hardly functional. Just seems like the place needed a little more maintenance up keeping. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay, front desk and maintenance were very friendly.

Room was great , parking was easy . Walking the ramps to rooms on the hill are a bit tricky. Room was nice and clean. Only compliant was the shower being placed in the center over head and the shower and curtain have a hard time keeping water contained.
