The stay was great. The room was clean. We had a problem in the parking lot between the front entrance and the side entrance. My granddaughter got out and tapped the car next to us. A woman was sitting in the car. She rolled down her window and was annoyed and angrily chastised my Granddaughter even after she had apologized. Shortly after we saw the woman on the 3rd floor, she was an employee. Perhaps employees she not park in the prime parking spots and learn to accept apologies for accidental incidents.

I only stayed overnight but I wish I was staying longer, the room was so nice, especially since I had to bring my cat with me as I was moving across the country. The staff was great and I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Thank you!

Nice place to stay

Room was nice and clean, towels were hard and fraying, the bed and pillows wasn’t really comfortable for me. Overall I had a good stay. I would recommend and stay here again. Great location to shopping and restaurants.

I was in room 209 and noticed a numbness in my legs while sitting in the recliner chair. I then noticed the chair was vibrating and when I stood up the floor seemed to be vibrating. I called the front desk and asked if my room was located above or next to a utility area. They said no. When I walked outside the room I saw that my wall shared a wall with the elevator maintenance closet. Every time the elevator was used the machinery started up that created a hum and vibration. The cleaning crew had placed my chair touching the wall, so the hour I sat in it I was exposed to the vibration of the machinery and my body had a negative response. I am a licensed BioGeometry practitioner and I have studied the effects of frequencies on the human body. It is not safe to be exposed to high levels of electricity. I recommend that room be the last to be rented (if at all) to the public, as it is above the laundry area and shares a wall with a maintenance closet. I appreciate the opportunity to share this experience with your management team.
