I felt the room was very bare bones. The tv was not hung up level and there were only 2 pillows where Iuse 2 and my husband uses 1. Also no coffee in the room.

Near noisy train and no bath towels

A train very close by made the room extremely noisy. There were no bath towels in the room. Only hand towels. Made it difficult to dry after a shower.

I'm not sure how the Relax Inn was rated 8.6? Maybe we just got a bad room? We found it to be a small, run down old route 66 Motel room. A "lipstick on a pig" type of remodel had probably been done, but it was easy to find find 10 details that were subpar in a 200 sq ft room. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable, just a beat up dingy room.

Best place in Flagstaff

Always a good time at the Relax Inn. Clean rooms, nice beds, hot shower. Our favorite place to stay in Flagstaff.

You get what you pay for. It was a comfy bed for us to sleep in on our way through to another destination. The sheets were stained and pilled/rough to the touch and there is a loud train right across the street. Owners are super nice and there's a lot of stores/chain restaurants nearby which is convenient.

Worst mattress ever.

The location is great, all one level, clean. But the mattress was like sleeping on a concrete slab. I basically couldn't sleep because the mattress was that hard. Left early and left tired.

Room was not as shown in picture, walls were dirty down to the floorboards and brown stains in bathroom. No free wifi as mentioned. Room was cold heating system did not work very well. Bedding was horrible, im glad i went to buy bedding and towels as only one towel was in room along with other hand towel. I will not be staying again.

Nice beds

Didn’t expect much but quite updated and very comfortable mattress! Fridge and micro very clean. Nice people. Lobby had strong odor.

Great place. I’ve stayed here twice this year. There is a train across the street from the hotel that can be noisy throughout the day. I will definitely stay again.
