Check-in process was easy and the room was neat and clean. I turned a lamp on and the electricity went out in the room. The outlets did not work, the lights turned off and did not come back on. We spent the entire night and the next morning in darkness and no electricity. I called the front desk when it happened and they were apologetic. I also let them know in the morning during check-out. We've stayed here multiple times and this was the first issue we've encountered.

Clean room, everything looks new. The staff was super kind. The entire place looks excellent. My wife and I are very picky with those points. We think this hotel is really amazing in all aspects needed for a stay.

We were only there for a night. Front desk staff were great; friendly and efficient. Our rooms were adequate, clean beds, carpets needed a more thorough clean around the edges of the room and beds (crumbs), bathroom was clean. The only thing we noticed were the crazy thin walls; not sure that can be fixed. Unfortunately, we could hear someone in the room next to us vomiting for awhile. Felt badly for them; hope they were ok in the end.
