This hotel was very clean! It was quiet. It seemed smaller than other hotels. We also LOVED that. The room was spacious, the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom counter was large! Great for me bc i have ALOT of make-up & hair products. We will definitely stay here again!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I find the rooms to be relatively nice and clean. The front desk area appears a little old and rundown, and belies that the rooms are pretty nice and well kept.

The hotel is located in a central area that’s close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. What we really enjoyed, however, was the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms as well as the continental breakfast and the fantastic staff!! Overall best hotel experience we’ve had in all our visits to Grand Forks. We come every few months for the weekend.

We loved how close it was to shopping areas and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and the room was great too - comfortable bed, bathroom and everything was clean and no funky musty smells like are often common at hotels. The only downside is they were doing maintenance on the pool, so we couldn't use the pool or hot tub which was a bummer since that is something you pay for and were looking forward to. It wasn't a huge deal, just more a letdown. We'd recommend the hotel to others though and stay there again.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was so delicious. Staff were so nice and attentive. The bake cookies, coffee and apples were such a nice treat. Coffee is very good. Our room was very clean and well stocked up with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. In the hall they have extra supplies if you need them such a thoughtful touch. The hotel has had some upgrades and it really shows excellent job staff and management. We will be back
