This was a wonderful place to stay. The views across the lake are even better than any picture can capture—you can see for miles in every direction. There’s a huge porch to relax on, expansive windows, and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. The house feels very private, with almost no neighboring homes in sight.The only downsides were that the laundry was located in the basement rather than on the upper floors, and there was no TV in the living room, which would have been nice given how cozy it is to gather around the gas fireplace.Truly An amazing place to rest and relax as a family It gave us a perfect Christmas stay - we could have moved in permanently !!!

Mountain Getaway with Friends!

My wife and I stayed at this gorgeous home 3 years ago for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! So, we decided to come back with some friends and it did not disappoint. So relaxing, beautiful views, well-kept property. The bedrooms aren't huge because the master is closed off for the owners, but each guest bedroom has an ensuite which is nice. If you're lucky, you can see Elk in the morning going to graze at the farmers field down the hill. Grandby and Winter Park are close enough for a great meal. We did some snowmobiling and relaxing while share a ton of laughs with our friends! We will be back for sure in the future!

Absolutely Amazing

The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking!!! The home was more than well equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed all of the games that allowed for some great family time! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and quiet getaway!

Problems

The place was beautiful but being without plumbing for 18 hours was really really bad! Plumber and septic guys should have been called immediately! I am supposed to receive a refund but have heard nothing since I agreed to a phone call.

BEAUTIFUL!

We stayed at the home with 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 4. Getting to the house could have been a little easier with an actual "Pin Drop" texted to us, as one car did have difficulty coming from Estes Park. Coming from Denver was a bit easier once the other group dropped a pin at the houses location. The house is gorgeous and is exactly as listed. The 4 bunkbeds were in the basement, which is where we had the 2 kids stay. It had a half kitchen, pool table, tv, etc. This is where you come in from the garage. The middle level (going up stairs) is the kitchen, living room, and office. This leads out to the awesome view and outdoor fireplace/deck. If my kids were younger than 3, I would have been worried about them falling off the deck, but the fall is only about 1-2feet and it is not steep. They liked playing in the rocks nearby. This is where THE VIEW is! SO PRETTY! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and mixing bowls that you would have at your own house to make meals. We did use the oven and stovetop and they were easy to figure out. Upstairs were the two master rooms with beautiful views. The house is perfect for going to Rocky Mountain National Park--only a 15 min drive to the entrance! We definitely recommend this house and will be back!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains to enjoy a vacation with our family. We have 4 kids, 12 years old down to a 1 year old. We had never heard of Grand Lake or this particular area but booked this home based on the photos and description. Everything was SPECTACULAR. From the breathtaking views to the comfort and cleanliness, we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and relaxing home away from home. Would wholeheartedly recommend. We hope to visit again someday!

Wonder House

We visited with family and friends during our Thanksgiving break and were amazed with the property location, hospitality and to top this off with an amazing view. Our stay was fabulous as this house has access to all the amenities and we got a wonderful support and guidance from the host. It will be hard to leave as this feels like a home the minute you walk in and as you are staying so comfortable in the laps of nature that you starting enjoying it truly. Our kids loved this place and so did the adults. We had frequent visits by a herd of Deer and enjoyed the lake view with beautiful scenery from the deck. We will surely be back

Beautiful Home with beautiful views!

I have nothing bad to say! It was a magical week with my whole family hubby three girls and their boyfriends! The house was spacious and laid out well! We loved the area, esp Adam’s falls and RMNP. Enjoyed the pool table and lots of group cooking! Was fun to watch everyone step up to the plate. I feel so blessed to have had such a great week in a beautiful location! Truly Gods country!

Very Very nice home and location

My wife and I very much enjoyed the view out of every window while staying in this home. The host and homeowner are a real asset to VRBO. If you are headed to the Grand Lake area do not miss booking your time in this home. Rocky Mountain National Park

We really loved our stay by the Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had great amenities with the porch, views, games and puzzles. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the park and town, yet in a secluded setting.

Family vacation in the mountains

We had the best family vacation! We had three generations enjoy this lovely home with amazing views of the Colorado wilderness. The home is just the right amount of space for four adults and four kids, even for the one rainy day when we used our binoculars to observe wildlife from the living room windows (moose!) The beds are comfortable, the kitchen modern and updated, and the game room fun for all ages. We loved it, and can’t wait to return again.

Simply Amazing!

This is one of the rare times when you book a property and it's at least 10 times better than what's pictured or what you could have imagined. Our family vacation with our two girls, ages 7 and 12, to this property in Grand Lake was simply amazing! When we pulled into the property it took our breath away - When we walked out back and saw the view, it took our breath away - When we went inside, again, it took our breath away. I'm not going to do a room-by-room analysis, as what you see in the photos accurately depicts the home. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, kitchen supplies were all fully stocked and the home is incredibly clean. Best of all, it's located 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance; we visited each day. There is also a higher amperage outlet in the garage, so if you have a Tesla, as we do but had range anxiety and didn't rent one, just bring an adapter - I believe it's a NEMA 14-15, and you're all set. The views from the home, literally out of all windows, is spectacular - This is like an HGTV Dream Home, seriously. Best of all, the management company and the owner of the property were incredibly polite and hospitable. We are so thankful that the property owners are willing to share this beautiful home with others; because of that, my family had one of the best weeks together, ever! What are you waiting for? Book it!

Dream house in the mountains

Highly recommend! Beautiful views from every window. The beds were super comfortable. Very clean. The layout was perfect for the family to spread out or come together for quality time. Close to Granby and Granby Ranch, yet isolated in gated community to feel like you’re the only one on top of the world. Definitely staying again.

Fantastic views

The views from the house are amazing. The mountains and lake were so breathtaking. We loved all the fall leaves. FYI all furniture is down and all comforters are down too. We loved the fire pit and fire place inside.
