Your pet-friendly mountain basecamp awaits! This welcoming cabin sleeps 8 and is perfect for families. Located just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park & Grand Lake, it features a full kitchen, fire pit, and playground. Enjoy year-round adventure by day and cozy relaxation by night in this ideal mountain retreat.

Adventure by day and relax together at night in this welcoming, pet-friendly cabin, your perfect basecamp for year-round mountain memories. The open-plan living area is designed for gathering, featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a cozy electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare hearty meals after a day of exploring. Step outside into your private yard to enjoy a BBQ, gather around the fire pit for s`mores, or unwind with a book in the hammock.

This cabin is especially suited for families. We provide:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin, the yard, and driveway parking. The garage is available for your entry and exit.

A kayak is provided for your use on the beautiful public lakes nearby. Please note that the kayak must be transported to the lakes and cannot be used on the private community lake.

We respect our guests` privacy but are available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. We want to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable visit.

• Lake Access: While our cabin is in the Columbine Lake community, the lake itself is private and its amenities (including fishing, boating, paddle boarding, and swimming) are restricted to members only. We kindly ask that you plan to use one of the three stunning local public lakes—Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, or Lake Granby—for all your water activities.
• Garage Use: A portion of the garage contains secured owner items and is not available for guest storage.
• Security: For security purposes, exterior cameras monitor the owner`s storage area in the garage. There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin`s living spaces.
• Connectivity: The cabin is equipped with fast Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. It therefore restricts the use of the following for non-members/renters:
- clubhouse
- gazebo
-horse pasture
- OHV`s
- Columbine Lake (for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking & swimming).
Please keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with many full-time residents. Please plan on using one of the three local lakes (Grand, Granby, Shadow MTN) for all you lake activities.

As a guest of Pet-Friendly RMNP Adventure Base, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Grand Lake cabin is smoke free.
