Eagle Ridge has unfriendly booking policies, limited dining options with challenges between wait staff and kitchen, no cafe options for the morning, shower was full of mildew…just not a great experience. They’re working on improving things, and it shows. There’s just a long way to go.

Hotel room had some damage in it. Mountain View wasn’t as awesome as they made it seem. But overall, great place to stay. Especially in the winter if you ski or snowboard

Convenient for the the gondola and alpine slide. Charlies grill was fantastic along with the Summit Chalet with good sized portions. Hotel rooms were clean and quiet. Easy drive the winery, hiking and Grand Marais.

This was a great find! So up to date but still woodsy and charming. I came in late, 10 pm, and was given great help with directions and one problem - i didn't know how to work the thermostat. I felt very safe and extremely comfortable.

Website states multiple places to eat on property. Only food available required a $35 per person gondolas ride to a cafe for sandwiches. Next available food was 30 mies away in Grand Marais. Need to specify food services seasonal Resort was clean but staff not customer service or helpful

We just wanted peace and quiet...

We were unfortunate to have room underneath young children who were left unattended above us past 10pm. 2nd night was close 1am! It sounded like continuous loud thunder for hours. I tried to resolve on my own until after midnight for 2 nights. Tried to call and get help but there is no one available. After days of hiking it's the last thing I wanted to deal with. On our second day our cards were inactive to enter our room so another trip to reservations was needed. There was coffee for one day, we were staying multiple days. No housekeeping unless you pay extra. The reservation folks were very nice. The location is really handy but I would never stay there again, I know it's not the kids fault I have 15 grandkids myself it was just really unfortunate and we just wanted to sleep.
