I stayed for 2 nights. Very clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with a wonderful breakfast spot, coffee shop and Mediterranean restaurant on the same block. Thankfully, the staff let me know that the master switches when you first enter allow you to run all the lights in the room. The walk-in shower entry could be tricky for someone with mobility issues so caution if that’s your situation. Highly Recommend!

The room was noce, and mostly clean. But in an effort to be "eco-friendly", it was uncomfortably cold in the room, with no way of changing the temperature in the room. I even went to ask the front desk, and was told that there nothing they could do because of how the system worked. The temp was set at 64.5 degrees F, and the highest it got was 65 degrees. It was super cold outside, so to walk in and not have it be much warmer was not super great. The front desk did offer extra blankets, but that was it.

First, let me say that not having valet and having to find parking half a mile down the road in freezing cold and while carrying luggage was very very disappointing!! The room itself was nice, however, the lighting needs much improvement. Unfortunately, I would only stay there in the warm spring or summer due to the lack of parking, especially for this price point.

The room was fine & comfortable. The staff was friendly. I chose this hotel because it advertised artisanal breakfast & free parking however that was not the case. It was annoying to have to find and pay for a convenient breakfast before the event I had to go to in the morning.

This hotel is perfect for a night out in downtown Grand Rapids!! We stayed when going to a concert at Van Andel Arena and it was a 5 minute walk! The rooms are very modern and well kept. It was a great stay!

Cons: No refrigerators and no microwaves- Night staff (1 lady in particular) does not like being bothered to heat up food. Parking is $48 a day- didn’t know that before booking. Terrible lighting in the rooms- I travel for work so I brought my own lamp inside Very little control over room temperature Pros: Very comfortable bed!

We loved our room. The bed was extremely comfortable! We loved how close the hotel was to all of our favorite places and parking was free on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too.

It was okay. Good location. Parking garage is attached to the hotel. $42 for a 17 hour stay. So if you just need a bed it’s fine. But there was no fridge and only one towel in a room with two beds. I probably wouldn’t choose it again.
