The property was absolutely unacceptable the room and common areas were filthy, the carpet was covered in stains, and there were people fighting in the hallways. I genuinely did not feel safe staying there. If you have kids, avoid this hotel and this area. Although I understand that my booking was marked as non-refundable, I was forced to leave one day early for my own safety. The conditions of this hotel were completely misrepresented and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or security. I have always trusted Expedia when booking my trips, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Being denied even a partial refund under these circumstances is unacceptable. This incident has made me seriously reconsider ever using Expedia again, as I no longer feel confident that you stand behind the quality or safety of the properties you list.

The carpets need to be replaced. There were many many stains. Our lamps lightbulb was hanging by the wires. The key cards never worked and we had to go to the desk a few times to get them reset. One of the staff made very forward comments to me in the elevator. I was uncomfortable when he told me I was pretty several times and then when I saw him get behind the front desk I was appalled. Seriously don't stay here.

You get what you pay for. However, the carpets are completely stained throughout the property. Dirty, dirty, dirty… entered our room to find a q-tip in the middle of the floor, and paint stains (hopefully paint and not blood) all over the room.

It is centrally located, near great food, the public transportation in front of the hotel, the hotel has a diff name but it is the same as the other in expedia, not great breakfast because it does not have protein in it, but get to ALDI close distance buy protein there. You can self checkout.

This should tell you everything you need to know about this trip. I arrived 20 minutes before check in and was instructed by the hotel desk that I had to wait. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, watching him play on his phone, right up until the check in time. During that time a person staying at the hotel yelled at him for being on his phone. The tubs were dirty, the floors in the elevator was sticky, the “breakfast” wasn’t even continental it was just cereal, milk and pastries. The only upside to this hotel experience was the bed. Though there were stains on the original sheets after getting those changed a slept away the nightmare I was living. (Another upside the bus is right out front if you need to take public transit.)

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We walked in, checked out our room, and the pool, and decided we felt unsafe on top of a disgusting room. It looked like there was sperm everywhere on the bed, wall, and even the TV. The room smelled so bad. There was single men with backpacks lurking around everywhere. Seemed very strange. Was there a total of 20 minutes, and hotel and Expedia wouldn’t give me a refund. Never again!!!!
