The old school alarm clock goes off at 7:00 am which was super annoying as this was a chance for me to sleep in for once in a long time. The curtains, even the double curtains, let it a ton of light. I got into my bathing suit and towel and went down to the pool but it was locked and closed for the night. The parking didn't have any tickets left and it didn't read my card when I was leaving. I just couldn't win with the Hyatt!

My only negative was the beds and pillows. While laying in bed it seemed as if the top by the headboard was slightly tilted makin it not very comfortable. The pillows were way to soft making them sink in and not giving supportive for my neck and head.

This is the cleanest city I have every seen. A huge shoutout to Lili and the other front desk staff who made everything light and easy! Flipping an entire hotel two nights in a row is a task and other than a long wait for the room everything was exceptional. My second room had no AC so I wish there was something that could have been done about that but the staff were great! They could use a sign on the main floor that guests need to check in upstairs as my group tended to direct traffic while we waited for the room.
